Cellular telecommunication technology has now become an inseparable part of the increasingly mobile pattern human life, this course impact on number uses cellular which is increasing every day. This increase encouraged telecommunications vendors to continuously improve quantity and quality their networks by establishing equipment such as Base Transceiver Station (BTS) towers at strategic points. study aims build a system for determining location BTS that can provide visualization information distribution existing coverage area radius. Analysis determination using combination AHP TOPSIS methods. The method used determine objectivity weight importance tower criteria. Furthermore, results comparison criteria will be in assess rating each candidate location. obtained were population density with 0.42, distance was 0.2, access 0.31, installation cost 0.08. Meanwhile, locations measured linguistic variables 0.67 very good criteria, 0.23 good, 0.10 enough. System testing carried out Sinjai Borong District analyzing three Samaenre best value 0.74.
